We have structured our property management team to maximize the level of service to existing owners and tenants and also accommodate the growth that we are experiencing. Our current management portfolio consists of more than 80 projects and over 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space. Each of our property managers is a licensed real estate professional with well over 20 years of relevant industry experience. Our assistant property managers are also licensed and are closely involved with the day to day operations of each property.
