Larry W. Cassel, CPM Director of Property Management

Larry brings 30 years of commercial property management and leasing experience to Commercial Properties. His diverse background includes experience with virtually all property types and positions of great responsibility. Prior to joining Commercial Properties, Larry also did independent consulting for several management firms across the Valley. Larry holds a Certified Property Manager designation and has been an active member of BOMA and IREM. Larry is currently responsible for managing all operations of our property management department and overseeing our portfolio of nearly two million square feet.

Ann Oddo Portfolio Manager

Ann is a professional manager with over 25 year’s of experience in the real estate field. Ann oversees a major portfolio of industrial, office, and retail buildings. In her extensive experience Ann has been exposed to virtually any situation a property manager could face. She has also overseen many large capital improvement projects. Ann’s strong advocacy for property owners drives her to closely manage the bottom line and add value at each property. Ann has been with CPI for nearly eight years.

Rudy Patai Portfolio Manager

Rudy is another CPI veteran with over 22 year’s experience in commercial real estate and over seven years with the company. Rudy’s experience also includes management of industrial, office, and retail properties and complex capital improvement projects. Rudy currently manages a large portfolio of office and industrial properties. Rudy is known in our office for his general acumen and attention to detail. He is a great company resource for lease-related questions and works closely with the development of our assistant property managers.

Carla Kurtz Accounting Manager

Carla has worked in accounting for over 25 years. In her 11 years with CPI, she has specialized in real estate accounting. As the accounting manger, Carla is responsible for the integrity, security and accuracy of all financial information, records, and reports. Carla is also the administrator for our Yardi database. She has attended several training courses at the Yardi headquarters and has implemented this training to improve the financial reporting we provide to owners and tenants. Carla is also the first point of contact in our office for minor IT problems.

Laurel Rohloff Portfolio Manager

Laurel comes to CPI from the cotton industry where she managed multi-million dollar accounts that included both International and Domestic customers. Laurel currently helps oversee a large portfolio of properties. Laurel’s customer service skills, project management experience, aptitude for finance and careful follow-up have enabled her to quickly have an impact with our clients. Laurel has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, an Associates Degree in Marketing and a active Arizona real estate license..

Amy Crosslin Assistant Property Manager

Amy has worked in the legal field as a court reporter for over 15 years. In that capacity, she has developed a vast knowledge of legal terminology and the ability to interact well with a wide spectrum of people. Amy’s exceptional service and communication skills have been noted by past and present clients. Amy works closely with our portfolio managers to ensure effective management of our properties. Amy’s exceptional personality and communication skills have elevated our service level. Amy also holds an active Arizona real estate license.

Gabby has extensive experience in residential and commercial property management. Debbie Fischer Accounting Assistant

Debbie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and has 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. She took time off to raise her children and work from home. She has worked in different areas of CPI for about 3 years and is currently an Accounting Assistant in the Property Management Department. She is always willing to help out in all the departments and is a huge asset to the CPI Team.
