Commercial Properties, Inc. began business in 1981 as a commercial
property management firm. In the ensuing years, the operation was expanded to
include leasing, sales, and development services for industrial, office, and
retail projects. Our organization has been locally owned and operated since
its inception.
As the Phoenix Valley has grown to the fifth largest market in the United States,
Commercial Properties, Inc. has grown with it. Commercial Properties, Inc. has
established a strong presence across the Valley— from Queen Creek to El Mirage
and from Scottsdale to Casa Grande.
Our team has more than 300 years of cumulative experience. Many of our veterans
have been with the firm for more than 10 years. This loyalty has enabled Leroy
