Laurel Rohloff
Portfolio Manager
Laurel comes to CPI from the cotton industry where she managed multi-million dollar accounts that included both International and Domestic customers. Laurel currently oversees a large portfolio of properties. Cathy Obermiller
Portfolio Manager
Cathy began her career with CPI in 1986 and worked with the company as Property Manager/Director of Property Management until 2000. She rejoined CPI in March on 2011 as a Portfolio Manager.
Her extensive and invaluable knowledge is a product of over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Cathy earned her Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license in 1987 and her Arizona Real Estate Broker license in 2008.
